Terms of Use
Please read these Terms carefully before using SHUQZ. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SHUQZ.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SHUQZ (https://www.shuqz.app), its mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By registering an account, listing a business, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of the Platform
SHUQZ is a multilingual local business directory that allows users to discover businesses, read and write reviews, contact businesses, browse job listings and promotions, and buy or sell items on the second-hand marketplace. The Platform operates primarily in Israel and the Middle East and supports Hebrew, Arabic, English, and Russian.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at support@shuqz.app if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
- One person may not maintain more than one account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
- You must be at least 13 years old to register. Users under 18 may only use the Platform with parental or guardian consent.
4. Business Listings
- Businesses listed on SHUQZ must be real, lawfully operating entities or sole traders.
- You may only list a business that you own or are authorised to represent. Listing a business you do not represent is strictly prohibited.
- Business information (name, address, hours, photos, contact details) must be accurate and kept up to date.
- Listings that are misleading, fraudulent, duplicate, or in violation of applicable law will be removed and may result in account suspension.
- SHUQZ reserves the right to review, moderate, approve, or reject any business listing at its sole discretion.
5. User-Generated Content
“Content” means any text, photos, reviews, messages, listings, or other material you submit to the Platform.
5.1 Your content
- You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting it, you grant SHUQZ a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you post.
5.2 Prohibited content
You may not post content that:
- Is false, misleading, or deceptive.

- Contains malicious code, viruses, or attempts to disrupt the Platform.
- Impersonates any person, business, or organisation or misrepresents your affiliation.
5.3 Reviews
- Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experiences. Fake reviews — whether self-generated, incentivised, or submitted by competitors — are prohibited.
- Business owners may not review their own businesses or competitors.
- We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or our community standards.
6. Jobs and Promotions
- Job listings must describe genuine employment or freelance opportunities offered by the posting business.
